The agreement between you and Altridex LLC for using Anchor Backgammon.

1. Who we are

Anchor Backgammon is published by Altridex LLC, a New York limited liability company at 418 Broadway Ste N, Albany, NY 12207, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Altridex LLC, and "the app" means Anchor Backgammon.

2. Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Fair play

When playing online, do not cheat, use software assistance to choose your moves, exploit defects to gain an advantage, or harass other players. We may suspend access to online play for accounts that do.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple or Google under their terms, not ours. Items you buy are a licence to use content inside the app, not ownership of it. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from; see Contact.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the app and its online features working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn, and online play depends on services we do not control. Nothing here requires us to keep any particular feature running indefinitely.

6. Coaching is advice, not a guarantee

The app's evaluations and suggested plays are produced by software and are offered for instruction. They may be wrong. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of any result in any game, and the app is not intended for gambling.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law gives you that these terms cannot override.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
