Reporting a problem in the app
If something has gone wrong, email owner@altridexllc.com and include your device and operating system version, the app version, and what you were doing when it happened. If the board was in an unusual position, a screenshot helps more than anything.
Purchases and refunds
Anything you buy inside Anchor Backgammon is sold through the app store you installed it from, so refunds are handled by that store rather than by us. On iPhone, iPad and macOS, use Apple's Report a Problem page. On Android, use the Google Play order history. If a store declines a refund you believe is fair, write to us and we will take it up with them.
